The entire repair service is expected to take 5-10 days (including logistic time and service center repair time, excluding: quotation time) whereas in the event of holidays, force majeure (such as typhoons, earthquakes), etc., the service time will be extended accordingly.
What is the cost of the repair?
The cost of the repair varies depending on the warranty conditions of the device. For in-warranty devices repair is completely free, for out-of-warranty devices the cost is subject to the issuance of a quote by the HUAWEI Authorized Service Center. How do I know about the repairment fees?
For out-of-warranty repairment quotation, you may first receive a SMS where it will notice you that we will outbound a call to you soon to communicate on the service plan or fees.
