| How to check the expiration dates of my HUAWEI Points? |
Go to and touch HUAWEI Points balance.
1. HUAWEI Points you purchased will remain valid for a long time. This applies to HUAWEI Points purchased using a bank card, or a HUAWEI Gift Card.
2. HUAWEI Points you received from Huawei events are valid for 2 years, starting from the last date when the new Points were received. This 2-year validity applies to Points you claimed and Points topped up by a complimentary HUAWEI Gift Card.
3. When using HUAWEI Points to purchase items, the system will give priority to complimentary HUAWEI Points. Complimentary HUAWEI Points will be removed when they expire, so be sure to use them up while they are valid.
4. You can check the validity period of HUAWEI Points in different countries/regions by switching service locations.
