NPS Survey Questionnaire

 

l  This questionnaire will help Huawei to understand your satisfaction level on products, services or experiences.

 

l  Support (or HiCare) App will send questionnaire on 30 days and 180 days after phone activation.

 

l  Please be reminded to tick “Join the user Experience Improvement Programme” when first activate the phone; and open Support (or HiCare) App and tap “Agree” in User Agreement 


Note: To verify,  Go to Settings > System & updates > User experience improvement,  make sure "Join the User Experience Improvement Programme is turned on.
