If the WeChat voice message is incomplete, perform the following to troubleshoot:
- When sending a WeChat voice message or making/receiving a WeChat call, wait for about 2 seconds before you start speaking.
- Make sure that Call audio is enabled. To enable Call audio, go to Call audio. (If Call audio cannot be enabled, restart your phone/tablet.) , touch the Settings icon next to the target earphones name, and enable
- For some third-party music player apps, if the switch that allows music to play at the same time with the audio from another app is toggled on, the voice message or call from WeChat may break up or be incomplete. Toggle off this switch in the settings of the player app.
- Avoid sending WeChat voice messages or making voice calls in environments with strong interference.
- Update WeChat to version 8.0.20 or later.
If the issue persists, reset your earphones, pair them with your device once again (keep the device within 10 meters of the earphones), and try again. If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
