Your HUAWEI ID is stolen/ changed without your permission

You shall not buy, sell, share or transfer a HUAWEI ID to others either for free or for a charge. If you share HUAWEI ID username and password, verification code, and other relevant information including but not limited to the information about the device that you have logged in to, order information, and operation records with others, and the others obtain your HUAWEI ID, when disputes are triggered, HUAWEI cannot determine the ownership of the HUAWEI ID based on the system.

You need to provide related materials (preferentially provide the Cloud Service order ID of the HUAWEI ID) to verify your association with the HUAWEI ID. After confirming your identity, the HUAWEI ID in dispute is frozen for 30 days, and you can negotiate with the person who control the HUAWEI ID, or ask the police for help. If there is no solution to the dispute, the HUAWEI ID is unfrozen without further measures after the 30 days.
