How to make an appointment through Support App or Huawei official web?
You can make an appointment through Support App, Huawei official web or hotline Customer Service.
1. Apply through Support App
a. Open Support APP pre-installed on your device, and tap Repair appointment at QUICKS SERVICES part on the Service page.
b. Register/Login Huawei ID.
c. Fill in the fault type, contact information and select the service center, appointment time.
d. Select “I have read and agree to the Appointment Service…” and then tap the Submit to finish this application.
2. Apply through Huawei official web
a. Open Huawei official web Support Page:

Philippines: https://consumer.huawei.com/ph/support/
Singapore:https://consumer.huawei.com/sg/support/
b. Click Repair Appointment button at Quick Service part, as shown the following:

c. And click Make an Appointment Now button:
d. Register/Login Huawei ID:
e. Fill in the device information, fault type, contact information, and select the service center, appointment time, and select “I have read the Appointment Service…”. Finally, click the Submit button to finish this application, as shown the following:
If you are not available to use self-channel, you can reach us through hotline and ask our Customer Service to make an appointment for you.
