Problem
Sharpness under Display on the menu bar of the AD80/CD80 monitor is grayed out and cannot be adjusted.
Cause
The sharpness at the main resolution provides the optimal display. To avoid affecting the display definition, Sharpness at the main resolution is grayed out and cannot be adjusted.
Solution
When a user selects a low resolution, all the displayed content will be blurry. To improve the user experience, the sharpness feature has been developed for users to adjust the sharpness with ease.
To connect the HUAWEI MateStation B515 to an AD80/CD80 monitor, go to Settings > System > Display > Advanced display settings and view the active signal resolution. The sharpness can only be adjusted when the active signal resolution is lower than the main resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels).

When the AD80/CD80 monitor is connected to the Huawei Qingyun W510 desktop PC, the sharpness can be adjusted if the desktop resolution is lower than the main resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels).
