The signal of the Mobile WiFi is weak

If the Mobile WiFi shows a weak signal, you can do the following:

  1. Check the network status of your current location and contact your carrier to check whether there is a 3G, 4G, or 5G coverage.
  2. Move the Mobile WiFi beside a window or move it to an open area in order to receive a better signal. Make sure you are not in an enclosed area.
  3. Compare with the strength of your mobile phone's signal. If your mobile phone's signal is good, please restore the factory settings on the Mobile WiFi and try again.
