Problem
My Huawei ID is registered outside Chinese Mainland. After I change the service region of my HUAWEI ID to Chinese Mainland, my avatar or nickname cannot be changed or displayed.
Solution
Regarding to this situation, we advise you to change the service region back to a region or a country outside Chinese Mainland, and try to change the avatar or nickname again.
