Indicators on HUAWEI earbuds

Note:

You can determine the battery level of the earbuds or the charging case based on the indicator on the charging case.
If the indicator flashes white, the earbuds are in the charging case and are in Pairing mode. If the indicator flashes red, the earbuds are in the charging case and are being restored to their factory settings. If the indicator is off, the charging case is out of power.
The indicator turns off when the charger is removed, or when the device is fully charged with a wireless charger.
Non-official chargers and data cables will trigger earbuds' overvoltage protection function, which may cause the indicator to flash.
If the indicator status is abnormal and is not as expected, press and hold the Function button or touch and hold the touch control area for about 10 seconds until the indicator on the charging case flashes red, to reconnect the earbuds to your phone/tablet.

Restoring the earbuds to their factory settings will: (1) Clear the existing pairing information. (2) Restore all the earbuds' settings. (3) Suspend the update of the earbuds' location information in Find Device. You can clear the connection information by referring to here and reconnect the earbuds.

If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.

1. Indicators on the FreeBuds/FreeArc/FreeClip series earbuds

The charging case is not being charged: The indicator will be steady on for 10 seconds and then turn off after the earbuds are placed in or taken out of the charging case, or after the charging case is opened.
The charging case is being charged: The indicator will be steady on. For FreeArc/FreeClip 2/FreeClip, the indicator will be steady green for 10 seconds and then go dark. The indicator on the FreeBuds Pro 5/FreeBuds Pro 4/FreeClip's charging case will be steady on for 3 seconds after the case is closed.

FreeBuds Pro 5's charging case has a ring indicator. The indicator will turn off after being on for 10 seconds when the case is charging. During charging, if you tap or shake the charging case, the indicator will turn on for 3 seconds.
