No sound comes from my HUAWEI phone/tablet when playing a video

1. Check whether your device is connected to an external device, such as a Bluetooth headset

Disconnect your device from any external device, such as a Bluetooth headset, watch, band, speaker, computer, or tablet, then try again.

2. Adjust the volume on your device

The media volume may decrease after being changed by a third-party app. It is recommended that you adjust the volume again when playing a video.

3. Try another video player or device

• A video may have no sound if the video player does not support the coding format. Try playing the video in another video player.
• Try playing the video on another device. If the video cannot be played on the device, the video file may be damaged. It is recommended that you download other videos.
