Terms & Conditions
1- HUAWEI Service Day is applicable from 28th of April to 30th of April, 2024 in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2- There are some products which are not applicable for Free Labor Fee which are:
HONOR 8X Max, P20 Pro, MateBook D, MediaPad M5 lite, Y9s, P30 Pro, HUAWEI MateBook, HUAWEI MateBook E, Mate
10 Pro, HUAWEI MediaPad M5, HONOR Play, HUAWEI MatePad 11, HUAWEI MateBook 13s, HUAWEI WATCH GT, HONOR 10i,
HUAWEI MediaPad M5, HUAWEI MediaPad M6, HONOR 10, HUAWEI P10 Plus, HUAWEI Y9 2019.
3- For the Free Protection Stickers, they are applicable for Mobiles only, one sticker only for each device during the offer period and it is applicable till stock last. Please note that Mate X2 and Mate X3 are not included in this offer.
4- Customers can enjoy HUAWEI Service Day offers by visiting one of the HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers or by sending their devices to us using Free Postal Service.
5- Damaged spare parts will be replaced with 100% original spare parts, considering that the damaged spare parts will be collected by HUAWEI so that they cannot be returned to customers.
6- HUAWEI reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without any prior consent.
