My HUAWEI phone/tablet enters Do not disturb mode unexpectedly

My HUAWEI phone/tablet enters Do not disturb mode unexpectedly

If your device enters Do not disturb mode unexpectedly, perform the following:

1. Check whether scheduled Do Not Disturb has been set on your device

Open Settings, search for and access Do not disturb, and disable Scheduled if it has been enabled.

2. Check whether scheduled Do Not Disturb has been set in AI Life

Go to AI Life > Scenes > My scenes, and check whether any scheduled Do not disturb scene has been set. If so, disable it.

3. If the issue persists

If the issue persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance.
