Problem:

The screen protector becomes worn down or scratched when the device is used with a flip cover installed.

Cause:

The device's screen protector may suffer stress or friction damage if a large amount of pressure is applied to the flip cover when it is closed, or if hard foreign objects (such as grains of sand or shards of metal) become caught between the flip cover and the device's screen. As the screen protector is soft, it may become worn down (at the magnetic area of the flip cover) or indented (at the textured area on the inner surface of the flip cover) after prolonged contact.

Solution:

• Your device's screen provides strong abrasion resistance and high mechanical strength. If your device already has a flip cover, remove the screen protector.
• Clean your device's screen regularly. You can also try wiping the surface of the screen protector using a microfibre cloth to see whether the blemishes on the surface can be removed. If you cannot remove these marks, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance.
