Problem:
The screen display becomes abnormal when the user quickly wipes or swipes on the screen, or when the user removes the screen protector.
Cause:
When you quickly wipe or swipe on the screen, or remove the screen protector, static electricity is generated, which affects the deflection of the liquid crystal molecules in the screen and causes the screen to jitter, flicker, or produce ripples or colour casts.
Solution:
Turn off the screen before wiping it with a soft cloth or removing the screen protector.
If a third-party screen protector has been installed, replace it with a Huawei screen protector at an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre.
