Cause:

Solution:
Please be assured that we have adopted the following measures to enhance security.
- The Face Recognition feature can only be used to unlock your phone and cannot be used for payment.
- When the lock screen password hasn't been used to unlock your phone for a certain period of time, you will be required to enter the password for verification.
- After a restart, you will be required to enter the lock screen password to unlock your phone.
- The Phone finder feature is designed to protect your device and data from outside threats. You are advised to enable this feature so that you can lock your phone remotely, if it has been lost or stolen.
