This is a design of your phone. Your phone screen will turn on in the following situations:
No fingerprints have been enrolled on the phone
When you touch and hold or press the fingerprint sensor, the screen will turn on.
Fingerprints have been enrolled on the phone
When you press the fingerprint sensor with an unregistered finger or other part of your body, your phone will vibrate but the phone screen will not turn on. However, after the fingerprint sensor is pressed several more times, your phone screen will turn on to perform face unlock or display the password input screen.
