Problem:

There are defragmentation notifications from Phone Manager, and these notifications cannot be removed from the notification panel.

Cause:

When your phone has been running for an extended period of time, a number of small cached files created with the file operations on your phone may cause storage space to be fragmented, reducing the file access speed and slowing down your phone. If Phone Manager detects that the fragments are slowing down your phone, it will prompt you to perform defragmentation through the notification panel. Such prompts currently cannot be disabled.

Solution:

It is recommended that you perform defragmentation when receiving the notification, to improve the performance of your phone and keep it running properly. Please be rest assured that defragmentation will not erase your data. The notification will automatically be cleared when the defragmentation is complete.
