Your computer displays the screen saver only after a specified timeout period. If more time has passed and the screen saver is still not displayed, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Change the screen saver time settings.Press the Windows and I keys at the same time to enter the Settings menu. Select Personalization, go to Lock screen > Screen saver (or Lock screen > Screen saver settings, if your computer is running Windows 10) and set your preferred time period.

Your computer will only display the screen saver if you do not touch the screen, mouse, or keyboard for a specified period of time. If you accidentally touch the screen, mouse, or keyboard within the timeout period, the screen saver will not be displayed.
