The system date or time is inaccurate and the computer cannot sync the Internet time

To resolve this issue, perform the following:

  1. Automatically update the time and date. Press the Win and I keys at the same time, go to Time & Language > Date & time, and enable Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically.

  2. Check that your computer has a network connection. The time cannot be synced if the computer does not have a network connection. According to the time synchronisation policy of the Windows operating system, the time will automatically sync from around ten minutes to one week after the network is connected. The synchronisation period is determined by the time server.
  3. Update the time and date manually. Press the Win and I keys at the same time, go to Time & Language > Date & time, and click to change the system display time.
