Problem:
Certain third-party apps don't display in full screen on the HUAWEI phone. A black area displays at the bottom of the screen, and a full-screen view message displays as well. After the user touches the Fit switch, the app may crash, restart, or run abnormally.
Cause:
The app is not adapted for use with your device's 18:9 aspect ratio screen.
Solution:
Open Settings, and search for and open Fit or Full-screen display to see which apps are not compatible with the 18:9 aspect ratio screen. If an app is not compatible with the 18:9 aspect ratio, please contact the app developer for assistance.
