Problem
After the user sets the fingerprint login option and powers off the laptop, it will power on and then directly power off after pressing and holding the power button for 4 seconds. After the user presses the power button again to power on the laptop using the fingerprint ID, an error message is displayed, and the desktop screen cannot be accessed.
Cause
The fingerprint identification security system requires the fingerprint driver to clear the data from the device after entering the system to perform fingerprint identification again.
Solution
When the error message is displayed, place your finger on the power button and perform fingerprint identification again.
