The crosshair in Game assist on the monitor doesn't coincide with that in games |
Problem
After enabling Crosshair mode in Game assist on the monitor, the displayed crosshair doesn't coincide with that in FPS games.
Cause
By default, the crosshair on the monitor is set in the middle of the monitor screen. However, the crosshair positions in games differ. The issue occurs because the default crosshair position of the monitor can't be adapted to that for all FPS games.
Solution
- You can manually adjust the crosshair position of the monitor, and align it with that in the game by following the steps below:
- Press any keys on the five-way joystick to display the OSD menu, and press the right arrow key to select Menu.
- Go to Game assist > Crosshair, select a crosshair in any format, and press the middle key to select it.
- After exiting the OSD menu, use the up, down, left, and right arrow keys on the joystick to move the crosshair so that it aligns with that in the game.
- If the issue remains unresolved, feel free to contact Huawei after-sales personnel for assistance.
Thanks for your feedback.
