    1. Visit the Official Huawei Consumer Website and click Learn more under Let's get your devices fixed.
    2. Choose your corresponding country and preferred language.

    3. Enter the national Official Huawei Consumer Website, find Support and click it. The following pictures take Canada as an example.

    4. Find Warranty Period on the page and click it.

    5. Enter the Device SN and Verification Code.

    6. Click Search to see the result of the authentication.
  • Result Interpretation
If the identification result shows the following information, the device is genuine and intended for the country you purchased.
    • Serial number

This method is only applicable for HUAWEI phones and tablets.

  • How to authenticate?

My HUAWEI App: Open My HUAWEI App and visit Support > Quick Services > Benefits to authenticate your product.

  • Result Interpretation

The device is genuine if the identification result shows the following information:

    • Free Two-way Delivery
    • Warranty
    • Maintenance
