| HUAWEI WATCH Buds Series earbuds fail to charge or charge slowly |
Solution
- Ensure the earbuds are correctly aligned in the designated charging compartments, and fully close the watch cover.
- Follow the illustrated instructions to attach the earbuds to the watch cover, close the cover, and try again. The earbuds can then charge properly.
- Avoid directly inserting the earbuds into the compartments to prevent potential damage to the charging terminals or charging malfunctions.

- Disable Power saving mode on your watch. If your watch is in Power saving mode, it won't charge your earbuds. To fix this, you can disable Power saving mode. Here is how: Swipe down from the home screen of your watch to open the shortcut menu, go to Settings > Battery > Power Saving mode, and tap Disable. Once disabled, your watch will resume charging your earbuds.
When the battery level of your watch is low (10% or lower), it will not be able to charge your earbuds, so please remember to charge your watch in a timely manner.
- Make sure the charging compartments are clean and dry. Smudges or foreign objects near the charging terminals or rings can prevent the earbuds from charging properly. If this happens, simply clean the area to restore normal charging. Additionally, your watch is equipped with liquid infiltration detection and regularly checks for moisture. If liquid gets inside, the watch will alert you with a message and vibration, and charging will stop. In such cases, you'll need to thoroughly dry the charging compartments, the watch cover, and the earbuds' surfaces before trying to charge again.
- Avoid charging your earbuds in extreme temperatures. For example, in direct sunlight during summer, inside a hot car, or in freezing cold weather, the watch will slow down charging to protect the battery. This is normal and helps extend battery life. To restore charging speed, simply place your watch in a room with a normal temperature.
