New European study proves the positive impact of smartwatches on personal health
Huawei commissioned a survey with Ipsos1 of over 8,000 adults across eight European markets in order to study regional health awareness, attitudes and habits.
EUROPEANS WANT TO BE MORE HEALTHY
The majority of Europeans want to improve their health-related lifestyle; half of them are not satisfied with their physical fitness, while almost 60% do not have regular health checks.
HEALTH KNOWLEDGE IS VERY LIMITED
Even those who actively track their health only measure basic metrics: Calories, Heart rate, Steps and Sleep (CHeSS).
CAN SMARTWATCHES HELP?
Regular smartwatch users know more about their personal health, and are more active.
SMARTWATCHES IMPROVE HEALTH AND QUALITY OF LIFE
Almost all smartwatch users say their device has helped improve both their physical and mental health.
