PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1st August 2025 to 30th September 2025
1. Introduction
1.1 HUAWEI Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra (“Promotion”) is organized and managed by Huawei Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd (“Huawei”), including affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Organizer”).
1.2 The Promotion is open for entry by all South African residents of 18 years and older with a valid South African identity document or Smart Card.
1.3 By entering the Promotion, all Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by the Organizer and the Organizer’s decision regarding any issue will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.4 This Promotion will run from 1st August 2025 00:00 to 30th September 2025 23:59, (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
1.5 The HUAWEI Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra Promotion is open to all channels except HES and HUAWEI Online Store. HUAWEI Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra purchases through HES and HUAWEI Online Store will adhere to promotion policies of those channels.
1.6 Participants who purchase the HUAWEI Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra from all channels except HES and HUAWEI Online Store within the Republic of South Africa are required to claim through My Huawei APP. Once the claim has been verified and approved, a HUAWEI online voucher will be sent via email and SMS to Participants. The HUAWEI online voucher must be used on the HUAWEI online store to checkout and to redeem the Promotional Gift. Each claim and each HUAWEI online voucher is unique and can only be used once. The HUAWEI online voucher code cannot be shared.
1.7 The Organizer’s will be running a Promotion whereby Promotion Participants who purchase the HUAWEI Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra in accordance with clauses 1.5 and 1.6 during the Promotion Period will receive 1(one) Huawei nova Y72s valued at R4499 (four thousand four hundred and ninety-nine rand) each, while stocks last (the “Promotion Gift”).
1.8 Promotion Gift is limited to stock availability.
1.9 This Promotion is not applicable to employees and agents of the Organisers where staff special deals, other special deals and enterprise special deals are available.
1.10 By entering the promotion, your consent is provided to Huawei to reach Participants via their cell number, SMS and email address for the sole purpose of providing updates on this Promotion and to receive the HUAWEI online voucher.
1.11 Participants agree that any personal information including but not limited to name, contact number, email and delivery address supplied to the Organizer for purposes of this Promotion is provided voluntarily.
2. Claiming the Promotion
2.1 To successfully register for the Promotion and benefit from the Promotion Gift, Promotion Participants must:
2.1.1 Purchase a Huawei Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra in accordance with clauses 1.5 and 1.6 during the Promotion Period.
2.1.2 Participants who purchase the HUAWEI Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra from channels mentioned in clauses 1.5 and 1.6 are required to claim through My Huawei APP.
2.1.3 A Participant is required to purchase the HUAWEI Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra from any channel except HES and HUAWEI Online Store within the Republic of South Africa. Thereafter a HUAWEI online voucher will be sent via email and SMS. The HUAWEI online voucher needs to be redeemed through the Huawei online store. Once the checkout steps have been followed and the voucher code is accepted, the Promotion Gift will be processed and delivered.
2.1.4 The HUAWEI online voucher expires within 30 (thirty days) from date of issue.
2.1.5 The HUAWEI online voucher is strictly for online and the Promotional Gifts and cannot be used for any other products.
2.1.6 After purchasing the HUAWEI Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra during the Promotion Period from all channels except HES and HUAWEI Online Store within the Republic of South Africa, Promotion Participants must redeem the Promotion Gift by:

Step 3:
Link to the claim webpage, complete the required information then submit.
Input the supporting documents/information to redeem the Promotion Gift:

2.1.7 If Participants purchase the HUAWEI Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra as per clause 1.5 and 1.6 within the Republic of South Africa, the Organizer will conduct a verification exercise to authenticate whether the Promotion Participants have complied with the Promotion criteria as indicated at 2.1. above. Once successfully verified and authenticated, the Promotion Participants will receive an email and SMS with an online voucher. The HUAWEI online voucher must be redeemed on the Huawei online store when checking out on the Huawei online store.
2.2 2.2 All personal information of the Promotion Participants will be strictly made use of to provide the Promotion Gift and will be stored in a secure repository and not transferred to any third party save for the purposes of delivery of the Promotional Gift. 3. Terms and Conditions Related to the Promotion Gift
3.1 Participants who purchase the HUAWEI Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra from all channels except HES and HUAWEI Online Store within the Republic of South Africa are required to claim through My Huawei APP as per the steps set out in clause 2.1.3
3.2 The Promotion Gift must be redeemed by going to the Huawei Online Store and checking out the Promotion Gift with the voucher code.
3.3 Should the Promotion Participant fail to activate the Promotion Gift within the Promotion Period of various channels as set out in clause 1.4 the Promotion Gift will be forfeited.
3.4 The Promotions Gift will be delivered to the Participant’s provided delivery address by RAM Courier.
3.5 Should the HUAWEI Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra be returned, the Promotion Gift (s) are also required to be returned, failing which, the Organizer’s will not accept return of the HUAWEI Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra.
4. General Terms and Conditions
4.1 The Promotion is valid for the Promotion Period while stocks last.
4.2 Claim for the Promotion Gift must be completed before 30th September 2025 23:59. This Promotion will run from 1st August 2025 00:00 to 30th September 2025 23:59, (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
4.3 The Promotion Period may be extended or reduced at the discretion of the Organizer.
4.4 The Promotion, the Promotions Gift, and any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the Organizer. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organizer. No Promotion Participants shall have any recourse against the Organizer as a result of any alterations of the terms and conditions.
4.5 The Organizer reserves the right to extend, reasonably shorten or suspend the time period of the Promotion for technical or commercial or operational reasons or for the greater public good or due to a “force majeure” event or generally for any reason whatsoever within their sole discretion, on condition that the Organizer notifies the Promotion Participants in a manner that is expedient according to its best ability.
4.6 The Promotion, the Promotion Gift, and any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time during the Promotion, and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the Organizer. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organizer No Promotion Participants shall have any recourse against the Organizer as a result of any alterations of the Terms and Conditions.
4.7 The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules and/or terminate this Promotion immediately at any stage, whether required as a result of changes in legislation, or if required by any national, provincial or municipal authority, or within the sole discretion of the Organizer for any reason (recognized in law). Notice of such termination shall be published on the Organizer Promotions Website. In such event, all Participants waive any rights that they may have/purport to have in terms of this Promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Organizer whatsoever.
4.8 In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the Promotion and/or the Terms and Conditions, the Organiser’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.9 All Promotion Participants indemnify the Organizer, their associated and subsidiary companies, and their directors, officers and employees, against any and all claims for any loss and/or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from the Promotion Participants participation in any way whatsoever in this Promotion.
4.10 South African law shall govern these Promotion rules and the courts of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
I hereby agree to provide the purchased HUAWEI Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra IMEI number to the Organizer for the purpose of the HUAWEI Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra Promotion.
