Promotion Gift Voucher TERMS AND CONDITIONS
7th March 2025 to 6th May 2025
1. Introduction
1.1 HUAWEI nova 13 and nova 13i (“Promotion”) is organized and managed by Huawei Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd (“Huawei”), including affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Organizer”).
1.2 The Promotion is open for entry by all South African residents of 18 years and older with a valid South African identity document or Smart Card.
1.3 By entering the Promotion, all Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by the Organizer and the Organizer decision regarding any issue will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.4 This Promotion will run from 7th March 2025 00:00 to 6th May 2025 23:59, (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
1.5 If the HUAWEI nova 13 and nova 13i is purchased through Vodacom online store or Vodacom Call Centre, the HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher will not be issued.
1.6 Participants who purchase the HUAWEI nova 13 and nova 13i from Vodacom stores, 4U& Chatz stores and Cellucity stores within the Republic of South Africa aside from the method of purchase as mentioned in clauses 1.5 will qualified for the HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher.
1.7 The Organizer’s will be running a Promotion whereby Promotion Participants who purchase the HUAWEI nova 13 and nova 13i in accordance with clause 1.6 during the Promotion Period will receive 1(one) HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher valued at R599 (five hundred and ninety-nine rand only).
1.8 This Promotion is not applicable to employees and agents of the Organizers where staff special deals, other special deals and enterprise special deals are available.
2. Claiming the HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher
2.1 To successfully register for the Promotion and benefit from the HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher, Promotion Participants must:
2.1.1 Purchase a HUAWEI nova 13 and nova 13i in accordance with clause 1.6 during the Promotion Period.
2.1.2 Participants who purchase the HUAWEI nova 13 and nova 13i from Vodacom channel stores aside from those mentioned in clauses 1.5 are required to claim through My Huawei APP.
2.1.3 The HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or an online credit note. The full value of HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher will be applied during redemption.
2.1.4 The HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher expires after 30 (thirty days) from date of issue.
2.1.5 The HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher is strictly for the Vodacom consumers and cannot be used for redemption in Vodacom stores, 4U& Chatz stores and Cellucity stores.
2.1.6 Promotion Participants must claim the HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher by:

(must be the latest version from App Gallery).

Click the fixed head banner in HP
(only Vodacom customers of HUAWEI nova 13 and nova 13i should apply through the claim banner)
Step 3:
Link to the claim webpage, complete the required information then submit.
Input the supporting documents/information to redeem the Promotion Gift:

2.1.7 The Organiser will take 10-15 working days to verify and finalize the HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher, thereafter a HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher code will be sent via email. The HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher needs to be redeemed through the Huawei online store. Once the checkout steps have been followed and the voucher code is accepted, the full value of the HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher will be redeemed on the Huawei online store whilst checking out the purchase.
2.2 All personal information of the Promotion Participants will be strictly made use of to provide the HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher and will be stored in a secure repository and not transferred to any third party save for the purposes of delivery of the HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher. 3. Terms and Conditions Related to the HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher
3.1 Participants who purchase the HUAWEI nova 13 and nova 13i from Vodacom stores, 4U& Chatz stores and Cellucity stores within the Republic of South Africa aside from the method of purchase as mentioned in clause 1.5 are required to claim through My Huawei APP as per the steps set out in clause 2.1.2
3.2 The HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher must be redeemed by going to the Huawei Online Store and checking out with the voucher code.
3.3 Should the Promotion Participant fail to activate the HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher within the Promotion Period the HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher code will be forfeited.
3.4 Should the HUAWEI nova 13 and nova 13i be returned, the HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher(s) are also required to be invalidated immediately, failing which, the Organizer’s will not accept return of the HUAWEI nova 13 and nova 13i, and reserve the rights to retrieve the full value of redeemed HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher.
4. General Terms and Conditions
4.1 Claim for the HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher must be completed before 6th May 2025 23:59.
4.2 The Promotion Period may be extended or reduced at the discretion of the Organizer.
4.3 The Promotion, the HUAWEI Promotion Gift Voucher, and any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the Organizer. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organizer. No Promotion Participants shall have any recourse against the Organizer as a result of any alterations of the terms and conditions.
4.4 The Organizer reserve the right to extend, reasonably shorten or suspend the time period of the Promotion for technical or commercial or operational reasons or for the greater public good or due to a “force majeure” event or generally for any reason whatsoever within their sole discretion, on condition that the Organizer notify the Promotion Participants in a manner that is expedient according to its best ability.
4.5 The Promotion, the Promotion Gift Voucher, and any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time during the Promotion, and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the Organizer. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organizers No Promotion Participants shall have any recourse against the Organizer as a result of any alterations of the Terms and Conditions.
4.6 The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules and/or terminate this Promotion immediately at any stage, whether required as a result of changes in legislation, or if required by any national, provincial or municipal authority, or within the sole discretion of the Organizer for any reason (recognized in law). Notice of such termination shall be published on the Organizer Promotions Website. In such event, all Participants waive any rights that they may have/purport to have in terms of this Promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Organizer whatsoever.
4.7 In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the Promotion and/or the Terms and Conditions, the Organizer’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.8 All Promotion Participants indemnify the Organizer, their associated and subsidiary companies, and their directors, officers and employees, against any and all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from the Promotion Participants participation in any way whatsoever in this Promotion.
4.9 South African law shall govern these Promotion rules and the courts of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
I hereby agree to provide the purchased HUAWEI nova 13 and nova 13i IMEI number to the Organizer for the purpose of the HUAWEI nova 13 and nova 13i Promotion.
