NEW HUAWEI WATCH GT Series Activity in HUAWEI Online Store
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4th September 2024 to 6th October 2024
1 Introduction:
1.1 This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised and run by Huawei Technologies Africa Proprietary Limited (“Huawei”) (the “Organiser/s”).
2 Promotion period:
Subscribe Period: From 00:00:00 on 4th September 2024 to 23:59:59 on 18th September 2024.
Pre-Order period：From 00:00:00 on 19th September 2024 to 23:59:59 on 6th October 2024.
Open-Sale period：From 00:00:00 on 7th October 2024
This Promotion is only applicable to the Huawei Online Store with website:
- https://consumer.huawei.com/za/offer/huawei-wearables/
(hereinafter referred to as "Huawei Online Store").
3 Promotion participants:
3.1 This Promotion is for participants and / or registered users on the Huawei Online Store and as personal account holders only.
3.2 Registrations, promotions and sales are subject to the acceptance of the Registration Terms and Privacy Policy.
3.3 To participate in this Promotion as a registered user/ participant must provide the following personal information: name, mobile number, email address. For the personal data protection，please refer to the Privacy Statement of Huawei Online Store（https://consumer.huawei.com/za/privacy/privacy-policy/）
3.4 This Promotion deals with purchases made exclusively on the Huawei Online Store.
4 Promotion Gifts:
4.1 Participants can comment on the HUAWEI New WATCH GT Series on the HUAWEI website and get a chance to receive a Voucher (“Voucher”) in the sum of R500 (five hundred rand).
4.1.1 The Voucher can be used only on the Huawei Online Store.
4.1.2 The Voucher will be sent to the participant by email on 00:00:00 on 10 October 2024.
4.1.3 Voucher expires on the 31st October 2024.
4.1.4 One (1) comment equal 1(one) R500 (five hundred rand) Voucher per participant’s comment.
4.2 During Pre Order period and the Open Sale Period as per clause 3 participants will get 3 months Care+ valued at R499 (four hundred and ninety nine rand) each, limited stock available (only South African on the Huawei Online Store).
4.3 All participants will receive HUAWEI Reward Points from the 7 October 2024 to the 31 October 2024.
4.3.1 Registered users/participants can get 10 HUAWEI Reward Points on every R1 Rand spent. 100 Reward Points equal 1 Rand.
4.3.2 Participants can deduct the purchase price with their HUAWEI Reward Points on their next purchase on the Huawei Online Store.
4.3.3 Participants can get 10 times HUAWEI Reward points on every Rand spent on purchase of the New HUAWEI WATCH GT Series which equals to a 10% cash back.
5 Claiming the Promotion
5.1 To successfully register for the Promotion and receive the Promotion Gift, Participants must:
5.1.1.1 Insert details
a) Pre-order the New HUAWEI WATCH GT Series on the Huawei Online Store.
b) Reside in the Republic of South Africa.
5.2 All personal information of the Participants will be strictly made use of to provide the Promotion Gifts and will be stored in a secure repository and not transferred to any third party save for the purposes of delivery of the Promotional Gift. For further information, please refer to the Huawei Privacy Policy located at https://consumer.huawei.com/za/legal/privacy-policy/.
6 General Terms and Conditions
6.1 The Promotion Period may be extended or reduced at the discretion of the Organisers.
6.2 This Promotion and any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the Organisers. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organisers. No Participants shall have any recourse against the Organisers as a result of any alterations of the terms and conditions.
6.3 The Organisers reserve the right to extend, reasonably shorten or suspend the time period of the Promotion for technical or commercial or operational reasons or for the greater public good or due to a “force majeure” event or generally for any reason whatsoever within their sole discretion, on condition that the Organisers notify the Promotion Participants in a manner that is expedient according to its best ability.
6.4 This promotion and any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time during the Promotion, and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the Organisers. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organisers. No Promotion Participants shall have any recourse against the Organisers as a result of any alterations of the Terms and Conditions.
6.5 The Organisers reserve the right to amend the rules and/or terminate this Promotion immediately at any stage, whether required as a result of changes in legislation, or if required by any national, provincial or municipal authority, or within the sole discretion of the Organisers for any reason (recognized in law). Notice of such termination shall be published on the Organisers Promotions Website. In such event, all Participants waive any rights that they may have/purport to have in terms of this Promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Organisers whatsoever.
6.6 In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the Promotion and/or the Terms and Conditions, the Organiser’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.7All Promotion Participants indemnify the Organisers, their associated and subsidiary companies, and their directors, officers and employees, against any and all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from the Promotion Participants participation in any way whatsoever in this Promotion.
6.8 South African law shall govern these Promotion rules and the courts of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
