Perform the following:
1. If you're using a third-party video player to play screen recording files in Files
If you can't play a screen recording file (video) in Files in full screen using a third-party video player, it may be because the third-party video player can't automatically identify the video's orientation. It is recommended that you directly open the screen recording in Gallery.
2. Check whether Auto-rotate is enabled
If Auto-rotate is enabled before commencing recording, the video may not be recorded in full screen due to automatic screen rotation. It is recommended that you swipe down from the status bar to disable Auto-rotate before recording the screen.
3. Check whether the screen recording was created by the current device
If the screen recording you are playing was created by another device, and the device's screen size differs from your phone's, the screen recording may not be able to be displayed in full screen. Try playing screen recordings recorded on your phone.
4. If the issue persists
If the issue remains unresolved, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance. We will do our best to address your needs.
