Solution to Missing Bank Cards in Wallet

UnionPay bank cards

Russia, Hong Kong (China), Macao (China), Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia

You can add and manage bank cards in versions earlier than 8.1.6 of Wallet for in-app purchases. However, version 8.1.6 or later of Wallet only allows you to add and manage bank cards via Huawei Pay.

Although previously added bank cards will not be displayed in the later versions of Wallet , you can still manage them in Payment and purchases and continue to use them.

You can access Payment and purchases in the following ways:

• Open Settings and touch the profile picture of your HUAWEI ID at the top of the screen, and then go to Payment and purchases > Bank cards.
• Open Wallet and touch Settings. Touch the profile picture of your HUAWEI ID and then go to Payment and purchases > Bank cards.
