Problem
When pressing and holding the Power button for 10 seconds to forcibly power off the computer from the lock screen, and restarting the computer, a message appears indicating that the user name or password is incorrect. The computer can't be powered on and logged in to via fingerprint.
Cause and solution
After forcibly shutting down your computer, the system closes the fingerprint management software in the background, and therefore fingerprint login doesn't work during startup. In this case, use your user name and password for login. If you would like to use your fingerprint for login, access the system, and then power cycle the computer or restart the computer a single time.
