Problem:
- The user is unable to view third-party apps in full screen on their HUAWEI phone.
- After the user taps the option for full-screen display at the bottom of the app screen, the app may crash or restart unexpectedly.
Cause
Some apps are not adapted for use with the device's 18:9 aspect ratio screen.
Solution
- If the app cannot be displayed in full screen, you can go to Settings, search for and access Fit or Full-screen display, and enable the switch for the app.
- After this feature is enabled, the app may display abnormally (for example, the content may be stretched) because the app is not optimized for full-screen display. You can provide feedback to the app developer for further information and support. Thank you for your understanding and support.
