How to submit feedback within the Music app?

For 12.11.9.x and later versions, open Music, and go to Library > Feedback. Enter your feedback and send it by touching Submit.

For versions earlier than 12.11.9.x, open Music, and go to Library > Feedback. Enter your feedback and send it via email.

Please make sure to provide the following information when submitting your feedback:

1. A detailed description of the issue (screenshots are helpful).
2. App version (go to Library > About).
3. Your device type and model.
4. Your HUAWEI ID.
5. Network you are using: Wi-Fi or mobile data (such as 4G).
