- Please update your browser to the latest version. Search for "HUAWEI Browser" in Appgallery, if it shows Open on the right, it means it is the latest version; if it shows Update on the right, you need to click Update to upgrade to the latest version.
- Check your network connection. Switch to a different network or use Wi-Fi, and try again.
- Use a different browser to download the file, and check whether the issue persists. If so, the issue is with the web page. If not, go to and try again.
- If the problem still persists, please provide the following information in Feedback (four/three dots on the right
>Settings>Feedback):
- [Problem screenshots or screen recordings]
- [URL of the downloading file]
- [Contact information]
