A file downloading error occurs or a file can't be downloaded by Browser
  1. Please update your browser to the latest version. Search for "HUAWEI Browser" in Appgallery, if it shows Open on the right, it means it is the latest version; if it shows Update on the right, you need to click Update to upgrade to the latest version.
  2. Check your network connection. Switch to a different network or use Wi-Fi, and try again.
  3. Use a different browser to download the file, and check whether the issue persists. If so, the issue is with the web page. If not, go to Settings > Apps > Apps > Browser > Storage > CLEAR CACHE and try again.
  4. If the problem still persists, please provide the following information in Feedback (four/three dots on the right >Settings>Feedback):
    • [Problem screenshots or screen recordings]
    • [URL of the downloading file]
    • [Contact information]

    You need to check Share app log to help us pinpoint the issue.
