To sync contacts from your phone to Cloud, or from Cloud to your phone, perform the following steps:

1. Connect your phone to a Wi-Fi or mobile network.
2. Go to Settings > Log in to HUAWEI ID > Cloud, enable Contacts, and make sure that Merge is enabled.
3. Log in to the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website (cloud.huawei.com) or open the Contacts app, to find the contacts that have been synced.

 

1. Contacts on the SIM card can't be synced to Cloud. If you would like to sync contacts on the SIM card to Cloud, copy the contacts from the SIM card to your phone, and then enable syncing for Contacts.
2. MeeTime call contacts can't be synced to Cloud.
