Synchronize Contacts to the Cloud

You can sync your phone contacts to the cloud space or your contacts from the cloud space to your phone.

1. Connect to Wi-Fi or mobile network；
2. Go to Settings > Log in to HUAWEI ID > Cloud，enable Contacts，and click Merge；
3. You can log in to the cloud space official website（cloud.huawei.com）or Contacts App to query the Contact synchronization status.

 

1. Use phone browser to access the cloud space official website（cloud.huawei.com），and click the computer version at the bottom of the web page to view and manage Cloud data.
2. Contacts on the SIM card cannot be synchronized to the cloud space. If you want to synchronize contacts from the SIM card to the cloud space, copy the contacts to the phone contacts and then enable contact synchronization.
3. From EMUI 9.0.1 and later versions, the profile picture displayed on the contact details screen can be synchronized to the cloud space. For devices earlier than EMUI 9.0, only the profile picture displayed on the contacts list screen can be synchronized.
4. MeeTime call contacts cannot be uploaded to the cloud.
