The battery level of my HUAWEI FreeBuds series earphones is not reliable

When you check the battery level of the earphones and the displayed battery level of the earphones is inaccurate or incorrect, perform the following steps:
- Update the earphones' software and AI Life app to their latest versions.
- Place the earphones in the charging case and wait for about 15 seconds. The battery levels of the earphones and charging case will update and sync to your phone/tablet/PC.
If the earphones are not in the charging case, the battery level of the charging case will not be updated and synced.
- Restore the earphones to their factory settings and pair them again.
If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
