When you are using the earpiece to make calls or listen to music, wait until the band screen turns off, then swipe up on the screen to increase the volume, swipe down to decrease the volume, and swipe down to the bottom to mute. Alternatively, adjust the volume on the paired phone then the volume on your wearable device will be adjusted accordingly. After you adjust the volume, the volume will remain the same next time when you listen to music or make calls.
