- Ensure that you have the latest version of the HUAWEI AI Life App.
- Ensure that your phone is connected to the Wi-Fi network of your router.
- Ensure that all of the HUAWEI WiFi Q2 Pro routers that came together in a pack are brand new or have been restored to factory settings.
- Ensure that the router's power supply is well connected. Wait for a few moments (until the router completes the startup process) and try scanning again.
- It is recommended that there are no more than two walls in between your phone and the router that you are configuring.
- It is recommended that there should be no more than two walls in between each of your routers.
- It is recommended that you place each of your routers within 10 meters of each other.
