Unable to view Cloud Backup data on the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website

Cloud Backup data synced to Cloud can't be managed or viewed on the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website. On your phone/tablet, go to Cloud Backup to view the Cloud Backup records and data.

  1. Go to Settings > Log in to HUAWEI ID > Cloud > Cloud Backup > Manage backup data > Restore data.
  2. Select a cloud backup record and touch to view the cloud backup data.
  3. If you wish to view the details for a specific app, select a backup record, and touch Restore. Once Restore is successful, open the corresponding app to view the details.

Unable to view locked notes in the Notepad app on the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website

Locked notes in the Notepad app can't be viewed on the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website. On your phone/tablet, go to Notepad > Notes, and unlock the locked notes to view them.

  1. On your phone/tablet, go to Settings > Log in to HUAWEI ID > Cloud.
  2. Turn on the syncing switch for Notepad. The Notepad data in Cloud will then be synced to your phone/tablet.
  3. Open Notepad to find the Notes data synced to your phone/tablet.

Unable to view Notes data on the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website

Notes data synced to Cloud can't be viewed on the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website. On your phone/tablet, open Notes to view the data.

  1. On your phone/tablet, go to Settings > Log in to HUAWEI ID > Cloud.
  2. Turn on the syncing switch for Notes. The Notes data in Cloud will then be synced to your phone/tablet.
  3. Open Notes to find the All notes data synced to your phone/tablet.

None of the Call log, Messages, and Blocked data synced to Cloud can be viewed on the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website

None of the Call log, Messages, and Blocked data synced to Cloud can be viewed or managed on the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website. However, you can view this data by opening the Phone, Messages, and Blocked apps on your phone/tablet.

  1. On your phone/tablet, go to Settings > Log in to HUAWEI ID > Cloud > Cloud Backup > Manage backup data > Restore data.
  2. Select a backup record, and touch Restore.
  3. Once Restore is successful, open the Phone, Messages, and Blocked apps to view the Call log, Messages, Blocked data as needed.

Unable to view Calendar data on the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website

Calendar data synced to Cloud can't be viewed or managed on the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website. You can view and manage this data via the Calendar app on your phone/tablet.

  1. On your phone/tablet, go to Settings > Log in to HUAWEI ID > Cloud.
  2. Turn on the syncing switch for Calendar. The Calendar data in Cloud will then be synced to your phone/tablet.
  3. Open Calendar to find the Schedule data synced to your phone/tablet.

The recording data on the Cloud official website is incomplete

The recording data on the Cloud official website is the recording data uploaded to Cloud in versions earlier than 10.6.2.300. Cloud10.6.2.300 and later versions do not support the recording upload function. You can use the cloud backup or Huawei Drive function to back up and upload recording files.

You can view the Huawei Drive data by visiting the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website. If you enable the corresponding syncing switches for Gallery, Contacts, and Notes data, you can view these data as well, once it has been synced to Cloud. The other types of data can't be viewed on the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website.
