Viewing data on Cloud

On the Cloud official website

Log in to the Cloud official website (cloud.huawei.com) to view your data, including Gallery, Contact, Notepad, and Drive data.

On your phone or tablet

To check how much of your Cloud storage space you are using, go to Settings > HUAWEI ID, and then navigate to Account center > Cloud > Manage storage.

  • To view your Cloud backup records, go to Cloud > Cloud Backup > Restore data. Touch Restore data to view this data on your device.
  • To view data from apps such as Gallery, Contacts, Notes, Calendar, WLAN, and Browser on Cloud, you need to enable syncing between the app and Cloud. Go to Settings > HUAWEI ID, then navigate to Account center > Cloud, and toggle on the switches for individual apps. Two-way syncing applies to this data, which means that data on Cloud will be synced to your device in real time and vice versa. As a result, the local data will be the same as that on Cloud.

For example, if you have enabled Sync Gallery, go to Gallery > Albums > All photos on your device, swipe down on the screen to switch to Cloud, and view the albums on Cloud.

  • To view the data uploaded to Drive, go to Cloud > Drive or Files > Browse > My Drive.

  1. When you restore app data using Cloud Backup app data, the restored app data will overwrite existing data. There will be a message reminding you that once restored, the overwritten data can't be recovered.
  2. Currently, the Cloud Backup, Calendar, Blocked, and Browser data can't be viewed or managed on the Cloud official website.
