How to access Find Device

This knowledge also applies to tablets.

1. You can find it on the startup wizard screen of a new phone.

2. Versions above Android 5.0: Settings > click HUAWEI ID, and go to Account center > Cloud > Find Device

For Android 5.0 and below：Settings > Security > Find Device.

3. Find Device app is by default in the Tools folder on the home screen.

4.Web version - Log in to the official HUAWEI Cloud website

(https://cloud.huawei.com/) and then click Find Device.

If you can't find the Find Device option, it may be because Find Device is supported only by devices that are pre-installed with HMS Core (instead of GMS Core) and updated to EMUI10.1 or later. How to check or upgrade your system: Settings > System & updates > Software update > CHECK FOR UPDATES.
