Unable to log in to the HUAWEI AI Life App on a Huawei phone/tablet

Solution:

  • Ensure that the mobile phone/tablet can access the Internet.
  • Check that you have logged in to your HUAWEI ID on your phone/tablet by going to Settings > HUAWEI ID > Account center. Then return to the HUAWEI AI Life app and log in again.
