To improve comfort, the earcups are made from soft leather that is vulnerable to moist, alcohol, and sharp objects. Therefore, prevent the earcups from coming into contact with liquid and sharp objects.

If any damage is found, do not disassemble or replace any parts of the earphones on your own. Contact a Huawei Customer Service Center to check in advance whether the required components are in stock, and go to the corresponding site for assistance and replacement services.
