Where can I find the SN/MAC on my HUAWEI earbuds?

Where can I find the SN/MAC on my HUAWEI earbuds?

The SN refers to the serial number of a product, which is the product's ID number. You can find the SN of your HUAWEI Bluetooth earbuds in either of the following ways:

Method 1: In the AI Life app

After the earbuds have been paired with your phone/tablet, touch the earbuds' card from the home screen, then touch the four-dot icon in the upper right corner, and go to Devices settings > Device information > SN.

 
  • After earlier models, such as FreeBuds 3i, FreeBuds 3, and FreeLace earbuds, are connected to your phone/tablet, the SN displayed in the AI Life app and the EMUI/HarmonyOS Bluetooth settings will not be the product SN. Refer to the device SN from the laser-engraved information on the earbuds or product packaging.
  • You can query the SNs of the left and right FreeBuds SE 3/FreeBuds Pro 4/FreeBuds 6i/FreeClip/FreeBuds SE 2/FreeBuds Pro 3/FreeBuds 5i earbuds respectively in the latest version of AI Life after updating their firmware to the latest version.

Method 2: From the laser-engraved information on the product

 
  • If you are unable to see the SN clearly in natural light, try using your phone/tablet's flashlight to illuminate the SN. You can also find the same SN on product packaging.
  • If you are using FreeBuds Pro 4/FreeBuds 6i/FreeLace Pro 2/FreeClip earbuds, you can query the SN using the MAC address. To do so, visit the Warranty period page on Huawei official website, enter the MAC address and verification code, and click Search.
