Where can I find the SN on my HUAWEI earphones?

Where can I find the SN on my HUAWEI earphones?

The SN refers to the serial number of a product, which is the product's ID number. You can find the SN of your HUAWEI Bluetooth earphones in either of the following ways:

Method 1: In the AI Life app

After the earphones have been paired with your phone/tablet, touch the earphones card from the home screen, then touch the four-dot icon in the upper right corner, and go to Devices settings > Device information > SN.

 
  • After earlier models, such as FreeBuds 3i, FreeBuds 3, and FreeLace earphones, are connected to your phone/tablet, the SN displayed in the AI Life app and the EMUI/HarmonyOS Bluetooth settings will not be the product SN. Refer to the device SN from the laser-engraved information on the earphones or product packaging.
  • You can query the SNs of the left and right FreeClip/FreeBuds SE 2/FreeBuds Pro 3/FreeBuds 5i earphones respectively in the latest version of AI Life after updating their firmware to the latest version.

Method 2: From the laser-engraved information on the product

If you are unable to see the SN clearly in natural light, try using your phone/tablet's flashlight to illuminate the SN. You can also find the same SN on product packaging.
