Where can I find the SN/MAC on my HUAWEI earbuds?

Where can I find the SN/MAC on my HUAWEI earbuds?

Refer to here to query the warranty period and policies for your device.

The SN refers to the serial number of a product, which is the product's ID number. You can find the SN of your HUAWEI Bluetooth earbuds in either of the following ways:

Method 1: Using the AI Life/HUAWEI Audio Connect app

Pair the earbuds with your phone/tablet and perform the following:

  • Open the HUAWEI Audio Connect app, access the earbuds card, and go to About > Device serial number.
  • Open the AI Life app, access the earbuds card, tap in the upper right corner, and go to Device settings > Device information > Device serial number.

HUAWEI Audio Connect is currently supported only on iOS devices. For details, see Introduction to the features and usage of the HUAWEI Audio Connect app.

 
  • After earlier models, such as FreeBuds 3i, FreeBuds 3, and FreeLace earbuds, are connected to your phone/tablet, the SN displayed in the AI Life app and the EMUI/HarmonyOS Bluetooth settings will not be the product SN. Refer to the device SN from the laser-engraved information on the earbuds or product packaging.

Method 2: From the laser-engraved information on the product

 
  • If you are unable to see the SN clearly in natural light, try using your phone/tablet's flashlight to illuminate the SN. You can find the same SN on product packaging.
  • You can also query the SN using the laser-engraved MAC address. To do so, visit the Warranty Period & Support Service Query on the official website, enter the MAC address and verification code, and click Search.
