Restore the device to its factory settings

Please exercise caution when restoring your device to its factory settings, because doing so will delete all of your personal data and reset the device configurations.

  1. Connect the device to the PC.
  2. Enter 192.168.8.1 in a browser address bar to log in to the web-based management page. By default, password-free login is enabled on the device's web-based management page. If you have enabled Require password, enter the password to access the web-based management page.
  3. Go to Advanced > System > Reset, and click on Reset to restore the device to its factory settings.
