Cause
After images and videos in Cloud Gallery are deleted, they are moved to the Recently deleted album. If the Recently deleted album is not cleared, Cloud Gallery will continue to occupy storage space.
Solution
- Go to , to check whether there are any images or videos in the Cloud Gallery albums and the Recently deleted album.
- Connect your phone/tablet to a Wi-Fi network, enable Cloud Gallery, and go to , to check if there are any images or videos. Clear the Recently deleted album to free up storage space.
- Log in to the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website (cloud.huawei.com), click on Gallery, and click on Recently deleted to check if there are any images or videos. Clear the Recently deleted album to free up storage space.
