Terms and Conditions

1- The EID Season from HUAWEI Service is vaild from May 11 to May 31.

2- During EID Season from HUAWEI Service, customers can enjoy free labor on repairs, personalized engraving and free screen protection. Benefits from our service upgrade program and get battery testing and replacements for selected mobiles and tablets at  49, and  199 for selected laptops. Additionally, receive a free gift after repair, enjoy up to 20% off on HUAWEI Care+, and participate in our Renewal Program.

3- Enjoy free labor on one repair per device throughout the season. Valid only at HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers.

4- The Free Gift After Repair is applicable for customers who visit HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers. One Gift per device during offer period. Gifts specification such as type, color, size are determined by offer organizers and can't be changed, refunded or replaced. Gifts are available in limited quantities and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

5- The Free Screen Protection is applicable only for walk-in customers at HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers, limited to one application per device during the promotion period. It is applicable for selected models of smart phones and watches. It is not applicable for foldable phones and laptops.

6- HUAWEI Reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior consent.
