A: For “HUAWEI Care – Screen Protection”, HUAWEI will provide one (1) time of screen crack repair free of charge. It covers accidental damage to the display screen of Huawei device due to drops, falls and other collisions. Subject to Customer submission of a valid claim and presentation of a valid and existing Screen Protection Program on HiCare system, HUAWEI will exchange the defective display screen with a replacement that is new or equivalent to new in performance.
