If you need to have your screen or screen components replaced after detection from HUAWEI expertise, you can choose to repair it based on the actual warranty status or any on-going service activities.

1. Claim the purchased or gifted HUAWEI Care product to repair

Screen Use Suggestions

1. Avoid dropping, impacting or squeezing the screen to reduce the risk of screen damage.

2. To prevent the screen from being scratched, it is recommended that you use a protective film. Do not place the screen near sharp or hard objects (such as keys and gravel). If the screen is hit or rubbed back and forth by these objects, the screen are at a risk of being scratched, damaged, cracked, or worn.

3. For phones with curved screens, it is recommended that you use an anti-slip case to prevent the screen from being damaged when the phone falls.

4. Do not place heavy objects or sharp metal objects on the screen.
